Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a party contesting a judicial fee of 500 CHF determined by a previous court ruling. The cantonal court rejected the party's appeal, citing insufficient grounds for the appeal within the deadlines and stating that a minor typographical error in the invoice could not invalidate it. Subsequently, the party filed a constitutional appeal with the Federal Tribunal, which found the arguments presented were inadequate and failed to address the lower court's reasoning. As a result, the appeal was deemed inadmissible, and the party was responsible for the judicial costs of the procedure.

Arrêt du 13 mars 2013

IIe Cour de droit civil

Composition

Mme la Juge fédérale Hohl, Juge présidant.

Greffier: M. Richard.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourant,

contre

que, par arrêt du 20 février 2013, la Cour de droit administratif et public du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud a déclaré irrecevable le recours formé par A.________ contre une facture relative aux frais judiciaires arrêtés à 500 fr. par l'arrêt de la Cour administrative du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 21 août 2011 (recte 2012);

que, en substance, la cour cantonale a considéré que le recourant n'avait pas précisé les motifs du recours dans le délai imparti à cet effet, que, même à supposer que ses écritures du 4 février 2013 fussent déposées en temps utile, le recourant n'aurait pas motivé son recours à satisfaction et que, au demeurant, une simple erreur de frappe sur la facture n'aurait pas pu entraîner l'annulation de celle-ci;

que, par écritures remises à la poste le 4 mars 2013, A.________ exerce un recours au Tribunal fédéral contre cette décision;

que, dans ses écritures, le recourant - qui se contente d'énumérer les points de la facture qu'il considère comme viciés - ne s'en prend pas à la triple motivation de la cour cantonale de sorte que l'argumentation est manifestement insuffisante au regard des exigences légales en la matière ( art. 116, 117 et 106 al. 2 LTF ; ATF 133 IV 286 consid. 1.4);

que le recours doit dès lors être déclaré irrecevable selon la procédure simplifiée prévue aux art. 117 et 108 al. 1 let. b LTF ;

que les frais de la présente procédure sont mis à la charge du recourant ( art. 66 al. 1 LTF );

par ces motifs, la Juge présidant prononce:

1. Le recours est irrecevable.
