Withdrawal of Constitutional Appeal and Refusal of Cost Discharge in Divorce Case
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a public law appeal concerning legal costs related to a divorce, following a prior decision made by the Court of Moderation of the Cantonal Tribunal. The appellant filed the appeal and subsequently requested judicial assistance, which was denied. After being granted an extension to pay the required court fees, the appellant later withdrew the appeal, along with an implicit request for the waiver of judicial costs. The tribunal accepted the withdrawal of the appeal and decided that the appellant would be responsible for the court costs, despite the initial request for assistance being rejected.
