The case involves a constitutional appeal filed by one party concerning a divorce judgment modified by the Civil Chamber of the Geneva Court on February 23, 2007. The appeal was treated as a subsidiary constitutional appeal, and the applicant faced a prior decision from the court that denied the request for legal aid and required a fee payment to proceed with the appeal. Subsequently, the applicant withdrew the appeal, leading the tribunal to formally acknowledge the withdrawal and dismiss the case, imposing a court fee on the withdrawing party.
