Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

A person, referred to as A.________, filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal against a decision by the Vaud Cantonal Court's Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Division. The initial appeal was deemed inadmissible as it was directed at a non-existent judgment concerning the lifting of an objection in a debt enforcement case, and the appeal itself was found to be incomprehensible. A.________ also attempted to oppose a previous federal decision, which was procedurally improper since such legal recourse does not exist. Furthermore, A.________ did not provide necessary documentation by the required deadline, and her appeal did not address any constitutional issues, instead focusing on an unrelated dispute with a health insurance company and a doctor. As a result, A.________'s subsequent appeal to the Federal Tribunal was declared inadmissible.

Arrêt du 2 novembre 2022

IIe Cour de droit civil

Composition

M. le Juge fédéral Herrmann, Président.

Greffier : M. Braconi.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourante,

contre

État de Vaud, Ordre judiciaire vaudois,

route du Signal 8, 1014 Lausanne

intimé.

Objet

108 al. 1 let. a LTF ; ATF 137 I 161 consid. 4.2.3).

177 LTF ; ATF 136 I 332 consid. 2.1 et les citations).
