In this case, a party filed a constitutional appeal against a decision made by the President of the Court of Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy of a cantonal tribunal. The appeal was aimed at challenging the rejection of a motion for the lifting of a prohibition. However, the party failed to pay the required court fees within the stipulated deadlines, despite receiving extensions. As a result, the court deemed the appeal inadmissible due to the non-payment of the advance fees, and the financial responsibility for the court costs was assigned to the party who initiated the appeal.
