In this case, a constitutional appeal was filed by a party against a decision regarding costs related to liability and guardianship issued by the Public Law Court of a Swiss canton. The appellant also requested legal aid in connection with the appeal. However, the appellant later withdrew the appeal, leading the court to acknowledge the withdrawal and dismiss the case. Consequently, the request for legal aid was denied, and the court decided that the legal costs incurred would be borne by the appellant.
