Appeal Inadmissible Due to Failure to State Constitutional Violation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a dispute between two parties related to legal costs incurred in the context of a neighborhood conflict. The appellants contested a decision from a lower court that fixed the attorney fees for the opposing party at a specific amount. Their appeal was found to be inadmissible due to a lack of sufficient motivation and failure to demonstrate how the lower court's decision infringed upon their constitutional rights. Consequently, the court determined that the appeal would not be considered further and that the appellants would bear the judicial costs associated with the case.

recours constitutionnel contre l'arrêt de la Cour de modération du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg du 7 juin 2010.
Considérant:
que l'arrêt attaqué déclare irrecevable, faute de motivation, un recours des époux A.________ dirigé contre une décision de première instance fixant à 1'908 fr. 80 la liste de frais de l'avocat des intimés dans le cadre d'un conflit de voisinage;
que contrairement aux exigences de l' art. 106 al. 2 LTF (par renvoi de l' art. 117 LTF ), les recourants n'indiquent nullement en quoi l'arrêt attaqué violerait leurs droits constitutionnels;
que le recours étant ainsi manifestement irrecevable, il convient, en procédure simplifiée selon l' art. 108 al. 1 let. b LTF , de ne pas entrer en matière;
qu'en vertu de l' art. 66 al. 1 LTF , les frais judiciaires doivent être mis à la charge des recourants;
par ces motifs, vu l' art. 108 al. 1 LTF , la Présidente prononce:
1. Le recours est irrecevable.
2. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 400 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
3. Le présent arrêt est communiqué aux participants à la procédure et à la Cour de modération du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Fribourg.
