Insufficiently Motivated Appeal Admitted to Liquidation Discharge
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an appeal against a decision concerning the liquidation of an estate, specifically the estate of a deceased individual. The initial decision by a district court ordered the closure of the estate's liquidation process and discharged the liquidator. The appellant, dissatisfied with this outcome, brought the case to the appellate court, which declared the appeal inadmissible due to lack of motivation. Subsequently, the appellant submitted a civil complaint to the Federal Tribunal, which found that the complaint did not sufficiently address the previous court's reasoning and thus deemed it inadmissible as well.

Oggetto
liquidazione d'ufficio dell'eredità,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 5 novembre 2015 dalla I Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del
Cantone Ticino.
Considerando:
che con sentenza 5 novembre 2015 la I Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino ha dichiarato irricevibile, poiché privo di motivazione, un appello presentato da A.________ contro la decisione 17 settembre 2015 con cui il Pretore del Distretto di Lugano ha ordinato la chiusura della liquidazione d'ufficio dell'eredità fu C.________ e ha dato scarico al liquidatore avv. B.________;
che con scritto 10 dicembre 2015, trattato quale ricorso in materia civile, A.________ si è aggravata dinanzi al Tribunale federale;
che giusta l' art. 42 cpv. 2 LTF nella motivazione del ricorso occorre spiegare, in modo conciso e confrontandosi con i considerandi della sentenza impugnata ( DTF 140 III 86 consid. 2; 134 II 244 consid. 2.1), perché l'atto impugnato viola il diritto e che in virtù dell' art. 106 cpv. 2 LTF il Tribunale federale esamina la violazione di diritti fondamentali e di disposizioni di diritto cantonale e intercantonale soltanto se il ricorrente ha sollevato e motivato tale censura;
che in concreto l'impugnativa manifestamente non soddisfa tali esigenze di motivazione;
che la ricorrente omette infatti di confrontarsi con l'argomentazione sviluppata dall'istanza precedente circa l'assenza di motivazione del suo appello, posta a fondamento della decisione cantonale di non entrata in materia;
che nella misura in cui la ricorrente sembra chiedere una proroga del termine per presentare ricorso al Tribunale federale, la sua conclusione non potrebbe in ogni caso essere accolta ( art. 47 cpv. 1 LTF );
che in queste circostanze il ricorso, manifestamente non motivato in modo sufficiente, si appalesa inammissibile e può essere deciso nella procedura semplificata dell' art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF ;
che le spese giudiziarie seguono la soccombenza ( art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF );
per questi motivi, il Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 200.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla I Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
