KI-generiert

The case involved a dispute between two parties in the context of divorce proceedings, specifically relating to provisional measures. The respondent had initially filed a complaint, but the appellant later decided to withdraw their appeal against an earlier decision made by a civil court. This withdrawal was formalized as part of an agreement between the two parties, which also included stipulations regarding the allocation of legal costs, where each party would bear their own expenses. Consequently, the court acknowledged the withdrawal and ruled on the associated judicial fees.
