In this case, a party referred to as A.________ sought to challenge a decree issued on October 14, 2024, by the Chamber of Execution and Bankruptcy of the Appellate Court of the Canton of Ticino. This decree refused to grant a suspensive effect to A.________'s appeal against a district court decision made on October 2, 2024, which declared A.________ bankrupt at the request of B.________ SA. The appellate court determined that the conditions for nullifying a bankruptcy, according to the relevant legal provisions, had not been fulfilled within the necessary time frame, as they must be satisfied within the non-extendable period for appeal. A.________ argued that they received incorrect information from the enforcement office regarding pending enforcements and were thus unable to settle the debt in question within the appeal period. They further contested the decree in federal court but failed to sufficiently argue any violation of constitutional rights as required.

Oggetto

effetto sospensivo (fallimento),

ricorso contro il decreto emanato il 14 ottobre 2024

dalla Camera di esecuzione e fallimenti del

Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino (14.2024.129).

Ritenuto in fatto e considerando in diritto:

2. Giusta l' art. 54 cpv.

Conformemente all' art. 106 cpv.
