In this case, the Swiss Federal Tribunal was presented with an appeal regarding the modification of child support contributions. The original decision, rendered on September 5, 2018, by the President of the Civil Court of the Sarine District, mandated A.________ to pay a monthly maintenance contribution of 550 CHF for each of his two children, B.________ and C.________, starting January 1, 2018, excluding any additional family or employer allowances. A.________ appealed this decision to the Civil Appeals Court of the State of Fribourg, which partially upheld the appeal on September 9, 2019. Subsequently, A.________ filed a civil appeal to the Federal Tribunal on October 9, 2019. Within this appeal, A.________ expressed concerns regarding the amount and start date of the maintenance obligations and alleged a possible income fraud by the children's mother. He also requested financial assistance for arrears of maintenance payments, implicitly seeking a loan. However, the appeal did not explicitly address the assessment of his earnings and obligations, and as a result, did not meet the minimal motivation requirements under Swiss procedural law.

Objet
