In this case, a party filed a complaint regarding the enforcement actions taken by execution offices in relation to salary seizures affecting two individuals. The court of appeal had partially accepted the complaint, resulting in the reduction of the non-seizable minimum amounts for both individuals. The complaining party later withdrew their appeal to the federal court, citing a settlement reached between the involved parties. Consequently, the federal court acknowledged the withdrawal and removed the case from its docket, while also addressing the associated court fees.

Ufficio di esecuzione di Mendrisio.

Oggetto

Ritenuto in fatto e considerando in diritto:

3. In tali condizioni, il giudice dell'istruzione, competente in virtù dell' art. 32 cpv. 73 PC ).

66 cpv. 1 LTF ; art. 71 LTF in relazione con l' art. 5 cpv. 2 PC ).
