Appeal Withdrawn in Debt Enforcement and Exequatur Case
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a civil appeal filed by a company against a decision made by a cantonal court regarding the definitive lifting of a legal opposition and the enforcement of a ruling. The appeal was initiated in September 2015, contesting a prior ruling from July 2015. However, the company later submitted a request to withdraw its appeal, prompting the court to acknowledge the withdrawal and dismiss the case from its roster. The court noted that the company would be responsible for the judicial costs incurred, despite the withdrawal occurring at a specific stage in the proceedings, leading to a decision on reduced fees.
