The case involves a civil appeal concerning the seizure of a specific property belonging to one party, initiated by another party on March 28, 2012. The initial seizure order was later annulled by a decision on May 3, 2013, and this decision was upheld by the Appellate Court of Ticino on August 28, 2013. Subsequently, the appealing party filed a civil appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal on September 30, 2013, seeking to maintain the seizure. However, on November 8, 2013, the appealing party decided to withdraw their appeal, leading the federal court to dismiss the case due to the withdrawal of the appeal. che con ricorso in materia civile 30 settembre 2013 A.________ ha impugnato dinanzi al Tribunale federale la sentenza 28 agosto 2013 chiedendo, previa concessione dell'effetto sospensivo al suo gravame, il mantenimento del sequestro;
