Withdrawal of Divorce Appeal in Federal Supreme Court
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a divorce proceeding where one party filed a civil appeal against a previous ruling made by a lower court concerning their separation. Following several exchanges related to the review of the case, the appealing party ultimately decided to withdraw their appeal. The Federal Tribunal acknowledged this withdrawal and consequently removed the case from its docket, while also ruling that the costs associated with the proceedings would be incurred by the party who filed the appeal.
