Withdrawal of Appeal and Costs in Marital Dispute Proceedings
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case concerns a civil appeal regarding protective measures for a marital union, where one party filed a recourse against a decision made by a delegate judge in a cantonal court. The appeal was submitted along with a request for legal aid. However, before any substantive ruling could be made, the party that initiated the appeal withdrew it. As a result, the court acknowledged this withdrawal, dismissed the case, and indicated that the judicial costs would be borne by the party who withdrew their appeal. The request for legal assistance was rendered moot due to the withdrawal.
