Legislator-Zusammenfassung

The Swiss Federal Supreme Court struck the case from the docket, holding that the appeal was withdrawn by the appellant, who thereby lost; the court ordered the appellant to pay the court fee of CHF 300. The underlying dispute concerned an appeal against a cantonal government council decision approving the sale of real estate, which had been challenged before the Federal Supreme Court as a civil law matter. The case was dismissed as moot due to the appellant's unilateral withdrawal of the appeal, with costs allocated to the appellant under Art. 32 para. 2 BGG, Art. 71 BGG in conjunction with Art. 73 BZP, and Art. 66 paras. 1 and 5 BGG.
