Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

In a case before the Federal Tribunal, a party filed a recourse against a decision made by a lower court regarding the withdrawal of custody rights. The court dealt with procedural aspects, including a requirement for the appellant to pay an advance fee for the appeal process. Despite being granted additional time to fulfill this financial obligation, the appellant failed to complete the payment, leading to the appeal being declared inadmissible due to non-compliance with necessary court procedures. The ruling also stipulated that the judicial costs would be the responsibility of the appellant.

Objet

retrait du droit de garde,

recours contre la décision du Juge II des districts de Martigny et St-Maurice du 29 juin 2009.

Vu:

l'ordonnance présidentielle du 3 août 2009, invitant la recourante à verser une avance de frais de 2'000 fr. jusqu'au 19 août 2009, conformément à l' art. 62 al. 1 LTF ;

la demande d'assistance judiciaire de la recourante du 18 août 2009;

l'ordonnance présidentielle du 24 août 2009, rejetant la demande d'assistance judiciaire et accordant à la recourante un délai supplémentaire de quinze jours pour payer l'avance de frais, conformément à l' art. 62 al. 3 LTF ;

le versement par la recourante de la somme 500 fr. en date du 26 août 2009;

l'avis de la Caisse du Tribunal fédéral du 29 septembre 2009, constatant que l'avance de frais n'a pas été complètement payée dans le délai imparti;
