Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Swiss Federal Tribunal struck the case from the roll, ordering the appellant to pay judicial costs of 300 francs. The appellant had filed a procedural appeal against a decision of the Vaud cantonal legal aid office withdrawing legal aid in a name-change matter; after the Tribunal refused legal aid and required a 1,000-franc advance on costs, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Tribunal took note of the withdrawal under Article 32(2) LTF and Article 73 PCF in conjunction with Article 71 LTF, and allocated costs to the appellant under Article 66(1) LTF, leaving the challenged decision undisturbed.
