Appeal Withdrawal and Costs in Seizure Dispute
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a civil dispute where the petitioners challenged a decision made by the Commission for the supervision of enforcement and bankruptcy offices in Geneva, which refused to lift a seizure. The petitioners filed an appeal against this decision in July 2008, but later withdrew their appeal in November 2008 after the Cantonal authority deemed their complaint inadmissible. Consequently, the court acknowledged the withdrawal of the appeal and decided on the allocation of court costs, which were assigned to the petitioners.
