The lower court's order mandated a substantial monthly contribution for the maintenance of the family, which the appealing party challenged before the federal tribunal. Subsequently, the appealing party withdrew the civil appeal, leading to the tribunal's acknowledgment of this withdrawal and the dismissal of the case, along with the imposition of judicial costs on the appealing party.
