Withdrawal of Divorce Appeal and Cost Allocation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a civil appeal concerning a divorce dispute, where one party filed a challenge against a decision made by a cantonal appellate court. The appealing party subsequently decided to withdraw their appeal, prompting the Federal Tribunal to acknowledge the withdrawal and close the case. It was also determined that the costs associated with the proceedings would fall on the appealing party, although reduced fees were applied due to the timing of the withdrawal. The decision was recorded and communicated to the involved parties and the lower appellate court.

recours contre l'arrêt de la Cour d'appel civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud du 11 décembre 2013.
Vu :
le recours en matière civile interjeté le 10 avril 2014 par A.A.________ contre l'arrêt rendu le 11 décembre 2013 par la Cour d'appel civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud dans la cause qui oppose le recourant à B.A.________;
le courrier du 27 novembre 2014 par lequel le recourant déclare retirer son recours;
considérant :
qu'il convient de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle ( art. 73 PCF par renvoi de l' art. 71 LTF );
que le Juge instructeur est compétent pour statuer à cet effet ( art. 32 al. 2 LTF );

par ces motifs, le Juge instructeur ordonne :
