An individual, represented by their lawyer, filed a civil appeal against a ruling by the Cantonal Court of the Republic and Canton of Jura related to an auction. The appeal was lodged following the Cantonal Court's decision regarding proceedings with the Office of Debt Collection and Bankruptcy. The appellant also requested legal aid for the federal procedure but later withdrew the appeal, requesting that no costs be assumed for this action. The case centered around the execution of an auction, and after the appellant's withdrawal, the issue of legal fees and costs had to be addressed.
