The case involves a legal dispute that was initially brought before the court regarding a transaction. The appeal was made against a decision rendered by the lower court in February 2012. Subsequent to the appeal, both parties reached an out-of-court settlement, which they communicated to the court, resulting in a request to dismiss the case. In response to this development, the court agreed to terminate the case, setting the judicial costs to be borne by the appellant, who withdrew the appeal, and both parties agreed to waive any claims for legal expenses.
