The case involves a legal dispute over a right of way, with an individual, referred to as A.________, appealing a decision from the Geneva Court of Justice's Civil Chamber. The initial judgment by the lower court was against A.________, who sought a change in the right of way. After the appeal was accepted but the judgment upheld, A.________ took the matter to the Swiss Federal Tribunal with a civil claim to relocate the servitude. However, A.________ later withdrew the appeal before the advance fee payment deadline, prompting the Tribunal to record the withdrawal and impose a reduced court fee due to the non-complexity and timing of the withdrawal.

Objet
