The case involves an appeal by an individual, referred to as A.________, who sought to have the time limit for opposing a payment order extended after it was issued by the Office of Pursuits in the district of Gros-de-Vaud upon the request of a company identified as B.________ SA. The dispute arose when the initial request for an extension was rejected by the President of the District Court of Broye and North Vaud, acting as a lower supervisory authority, in December 2019. A subsequent appeal to the higher supervisory authority, the Court of Pursuits and Bankruptcies of the Cantonal Court of Vaud, was dismissed on February 18, 2020, on the grounds of insufficient targeted motivation. A.________ then filed a civil law appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal on March 3, 2020, citing a loan contract related to insurance coverage due to a disability dating back to 2004, but the Federal Tribunal determined that the appeal did not sufficiently demonstrate any legal or constitutional violation in the prior decisions.

Participants à la procédure

A.________,

recourant,

contre

Office des poursuites du district du Gros-de-Vaud,

B.________ SA,

Objet
