Guardianship Supervision Appeal Rendered Moot by Protected Person's Death
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a party filed a complaint regarding a custodial supervision decision concerning a ward. The complaint followed a ruling by a cantonal court that had not accepted the challenge to the establishment of guardianship over the ward and had imposed court costs on the complainant. Subsequently, the ward passed away, which rendered the appeal against the establishment of the guardianship moot. The situation necessitated the dismissal of the appeal due to its lack of relevance following the ward's death, and the court outlined the implications for court costs as well. The president of the court subsequently ordered the case to be dismissed as moot, with no costs incurred and no compensation awarded to the complainant.

II. zivilrechtliche Abteilung
Besetzung
Bundesrichter Raselli, Präsident,
Gerichtsschreiber Füllemann.
Parteien
X.________,
Beschwerdeführer,
gegen
Bezirksamt A.________,
Beschwerdegegner.
Gegenstand
Vormundschaftliche Aufsichtsbeschwerde.
in Erwägung,
