In this case, an individual filed a legal appeal regarding a decision made by the second civil chamber of the Court of Appeal of the Canton of Bern, alleging denial of justice. The Swiss Federal Tribunal addressed the appeal, noting that the applicant had not paid the required advance fee despite being granted multiple extensions. Consequently, the tribunal deemed the appeal inadmissible due to the failure to meet the payment requirement within the specified timeframe, and ordered the applicant to bear the judicial costs.
