Withdrawal of Appeal Concerning Curatorship and Real Estate Sale The case involves an appeal against a cantonal court decision concerning a representation and management curatorship with limited civil rights, specifically relating to the potential sale of real estate. The appellant filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal but subsequently submitted a declaration withdrawing the appeal. Consequently, the Federal Tribunal accepted the withdrawal, removed the case from the docket, and ordered the appellant to bear the reduced judicial costs, as the President determined that he was competent to issue such an order based on the relevant federal statutes (Art. 32 para. 1 and 2 LTF and Art. 66 para. 1 and 2 LTF).
