Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a civil appeal regarding provisional measures that was filed by an individual against multiple parties following a decision from the Civil Chamber of the Court of Justice in Geneva. The appeal included requests for suspensive effect and urgent provisional measures, which were initially deemed inadmissible. The court later allowed an extension for payment of the required fee. Ultimately, the individual withdrew the appeal, leading to an acknowledgment of the withdrawal and the case being removed from the court's agenda, with the individual being responsible for the judicial costs.
