Withdrawal of Appeal in Marital Protective Measures Dispute
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves a civil legal matter concerning the protective measures of a marriage, with one party appealing a previous decision made by the Court of Justice of a canton. The appeal was filed by one party in February 2013, following a ruling from the lower court issued in January 2013. Subsequently, one party requested a suspension of the procedure until a related interpretation and correction request was resolved in lower court. In late April 2013, the appellant withdrew the appeal, prompting the Federal Tribunal to take note of this withdrawal and proceed to dismiss the case from its role, along with determining the judicial costs to be incurred by the withdrawing party.
