Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves a legal dispute in which an individual challenged a decision made by the cantonal court concerning the enforcement of a financial obligation. The individual, who had previously filed a complaint regarding the lifting of a stay on enforcement, was informed by the cantonal court that their appeal was considered void due to a failure to pay the required fees within the specified timeframe, despite having been granted an extension. Subsequently, the individual sought to appeal this decision in a higher court, claiming that the opposing parties lacked the legal basis to act against them. However, the appeal was determined to be manifestly inadmissible due to the lack of sufficient legal arguments and potential lateness of the filing.

Objet

a priori tardif ( art.
