The case concerns an individual, D., who sought a revision of a Swiss Federal Tribunal decision made on February 5, 2021, which had declared ineligible his appeals related to cases initiated by a company, B. SA, and its director, C. The original cases were ruled upon by the Civil Chamber of Recourse of the Court of Appeal of the Canton of Ticino on November 30, 2020. D. had his civil rights limited and was represented by a legal guardian under a curatorship arrangement. The guardian did not support the revision request, rendering it manifestly inadmissible. D.'s request was also not accompanied by any judicial fees, and the Tribunal warned it might dismiss similar future revision requests concerning this matter without a response.

Art. 38 cpv. 1-3 LTF
This article was cited in the main request of the appellant, although the request was deemed inadmissible.
Art. 121 LTF
This article was cited in the main request of the appellant, although the request was deemed inadmissible.
Art. 394 CC
Cited to establish the context for the lack of ratification by the appointed curator, leading to inadmissibility.
Art. 2 lett. a LTF
This article is implicitly the underlying procedural basis for declaring the revision inadmissible following the curator's non-ratification, although not explicitly stated in the dispositive, the judgment explicitly declares the request inadmissible (Point 1). Given the structure, the declaration of inadmissibility relates to the review of the prior decision, which relies on the LTF provisions cited by the appellant, even if the grounds for inadmissibility are procedural. However, strictly adhering to the rule: if an article is not explicitly cited in the dispositive (Points 1, 2, 3), it must be excluded. Point 1 simply states the decision: 'La domanda di revisione è inammissibile.' No specific LTF article is cited for this declaration of inadmissibility in the dispositive itself.
Art. 64 LTF
This article is implicitly related to the non-collection of judicial costs, as the court could have granted legal aid or relief, but the final order explicitly addresses costs through Art. 68/69 LTF equivalents (or procedural rules). Since the text states 'Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie' (Point 2) and the costs are usually regulated by Art. 65 ff. LTF, the explicit rule for costs needs to be verified. Since no specific cost article (like Art. 66 LTF) is cited in the dispositive, but relief from costs is granted ('Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie'), we must check if any general procedural rule covers this. Standard practice dictates excluding cost provisions unless explicitly cited. As no cost/legal aid article appears in the dispositive, none are included based on the strict extraction rule.

Oggetto

revisione,

domanda di revisione della sentenza del Tribunale federale svizzero del 5 febbraio 2021 (4A_15/2021 / 4A_17/2021).

Considerando:

che con sentenza 5 febbraio 2021 la I Corte di diritto civile del Tribunale federale ha dichiarato inammissibili i ricorsi inoltrati da D.________ nei confronti delle sentenze emanate il 30 novembre 2020 dalla Camera civile dei reclami del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino nelle cause 16.2019.60 e 16.2019.61, incoate dalla B.________ SA e dal direttore di quest'ultima C.________;

che D.________ è insorto al Tribunale federale con atto 25 febbraio 2021 in cui indica quale oggetto "revisione art. 38 cpv. 1-3 LTF e art. 121 LTF delle sentenze 4A_15/2021 e 4A_17/2021 della I Corte di diritto civile del Tribunale federale";

che l'esercizio dei diritti civili in ambito giudiziario di D.________ è stato limitato in via cautelare ed è stata istituita una curatela di rappresentanza nel senso dell' art. 394 CC in suo favore con lo scopo di segnatamente rappresentarlo nei procedimenti civili e amministrativi (cfr. sentenze del 4 gennaio 2021 nelle cause 5A_649/2020 e 5A_650/2020);

che con scritto 9 marzo 2021 il curatore dell'istante avv. Pascal Cattaneo ha comunicato al Tribunale federale di non ratificare la predetta domanda di revisione;

che quest'ultima si rivela pertanto manifestamente inammissibile;

che, come chiesto dal curatore, non si riscuotono spese giudiziarie;

che il Tribunale federale si riserva di archiviare senza risposta ulteriori scritti (segnatamente domande di revisione) analoghi a quello in esame concernenti questa causa;

per questi motivi, il Tribunale federale pronuncia:

1. La domanda di revisione è inammissibile.

2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.

3. Comunicazione alle parti, alla Camera civile dei reclami del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino e al curatore avv. Pascal Cattaneo.
