Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

In this case, a party filed a constitutional appeal following a decision made by the Cantonal Court of Vaud. The appeal was dismissed by the Federal Tribunal on the grounds that the disputed amount was below the threshold required for civil appeals, thus making the constitutional appeal the only applicable recourse. The court found that the appellant's submissions lacked the necessary motivation as stipulated by the legal framework, leading to a ruling that the appeal was manifestly inadmissible. The tribunal also decided against levying court fees considering the circumstances of the case.

Vu l'arrêt rendu le 27 mai 2009 par la Chambre des recours du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud dans la cause précitée;

Vu les lettres des 16 avril et 15 juin 2009 dans lesquelles X.________ déclare former un recours au Tribunal fédéral contre cet arrêt;

Considérant que, dans la mesure où la valeur litigieuse n'atteint pas le seuil de 30'000 fr. fixé pour la recevabilité du recours en matière civile, seul entre en ligne de compte, en l'espèce, le recours constitutionnel subsidiaire, au sens des art. 113 ss LTF ;

qu'il convient de constater la chose en appliquant la procédure simplifiée prévue par l' art. 108 al. 1 let. a et b LTF appliqué par analogie ( art. 117 LTF );

Klett Carruzzo
