Appeal Inadmissible Due to Failure to Pay Cost Advance
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, the petitioner filed an appeal against a ruling made by the Zurich Cantonal Court on September 18, 2015, concerning labor law. However, the petitioner failed to pay the requisite court fees by the deadline set by the court, leading to the dismissal of the appeal based on procedural grounds. Consequently, the court ordered the petitioner to cover the court costs, totalling 300 Swiss francs, while no compensation for legal expenses was awarded to the opposing party, as they did not incur any costs in the proceedings before the federal court.
