Subtenant Eviction Appeal Inadmissible Due to Insufficient Constitutional Motivation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case, a tenant was ordered to vacate a furnished studio apartment due to non-payment of rent owed to the primary lessee, who subsequently appealed the decision. The appeal was confirmed by the Cantonal Court, and the tenant then submitted a handwritten letter to the Federal Tribunal challenging this ruling. However, the tenant's claims regarding violations of constitutional rights were deemed insufficiently supported, leading to the dismissal of the appeal without entering into its merits. The Tribunal also waived the assessment of court fees and denied any claims for costs from the responding party, as they had not been invited to respond to the appeal.

Objet
