Vu l'arrêt rendu le 2 février 2009 par la Cour civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura dans la cause précitée;

Vu le recours constitutionnel subsidiaire interjeté par A.X.________ et B.X.________ contre cet arrêt;

Vu la requête d'assistance judiciaire présentée par les recourantes;

Vu l'ordonnance du 17 juin 2009 par laquelle la Ire Cour de droit civil a rejeté cette requête;

Vu l'ordonnance présidentielle du 19 juin 2009 invitant les recourantes à verser une avance de frais de 1'500 fr. jusqu'au 6 juillet 2009;

Vu la lettre du 6 juillet 2009 par laquelle le mandataire des recourantes a retiré le recours au nom de celles-ci;

Considérant qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte de ce retrait et de rayer la cause du rôle ( art. 32 al. 2 LTF );

Vu, quant aux frais, l' art. 66 al. 2, 3 et 5 LTF ,

Ordonne:

1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours.

2. La cause 4D_37/2009 est rayée du rôle.

3. Un émolument judiciaire de 500 fr. est mis à la charge des recourantes, solidairement entre elles.

4. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux mandataires des parties et à la Cour civile du Tribunal cantonal du canton du Jura.
