In this case, a party appealed a judgment from a civil court that ordered a payment to the opposing party, questioning the award of legal costs. The appellate court upheld the original ruling but ordered the losing party to pay a sum for legal expenses. The appellant subsequently sought a constitutional review from the Federal Tribunal, specifically challenging the decision on the cost indemnity. However, the Federal Tribunal determined that the appeal did not meet the necessary conditions for review as it lacked a sufficiently motivated constitutional grievance, leading to the dismissal of the appeal and imposition of court costs on the appellant.

Composition

Mme la Juge Klett, présidente.

Greffier: M. Carruzzo.

Participants à la procédure

X.________,

recourant,

contre

Y.________, représentée par Me Pierre Heinis,

intimée.

Objet

Klett Carruzzo
