The case involves a civil dispute between a company and an individual concerning a employment contract. The company appealed to the Federal Tribunal against a decision made by the Cantonal Court regarding this matter. The Federal Tribunal accepted the public law appeal, which led to the annulment of the previous ruling, and mandated that the Cantonal Court resume its proceedings for further examination and a new decision. As a result, the appeal for reform lost its relevance, and no court fees were imposed due to the dispute's value. Additionally, the individual did not pursue any proceedings before the Federal Tribunal and thus was not entitled to any legal costs.
