ricorso contro la sentenza emanata l'8 gennaio 2020 dalla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del
Cantone Ticino (12.2018.55).
Considerando:
che con pronunzia 28 febbraio 2018 il Pretore del distretto di Lugano ha, in accoglimento della petizione inoltrata dalla B.________SA nei confronti della A.________SA, condannato quest'ultima a pagare all'attrice fr. 102'924.40, oltre interessi;
che la II Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino ha, con sentenza 8 gennaio 2020, respinto nella misura in cui era ricevibile l'appello presentato dalla convenuta;
che la A.________SA è insorta al Tribunale federale con ricorso in materia civile del 17 febbraio 2020 con cui postula, in riforma della sentenza impugnata, la reiezione della petizione;
che con risposta 28 aprile 2020 la B.________SA propone la reiezione del gravame;
che con decreto 19 maggio 2020 la Presidente della Corte adita ha respinto l'istanza di conferimento dell'effetto sospensivo al ricorso;
che con scritto 26 giugno 2020 la ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso e ha chiesto, con l'accordo dell'opponente, di stralciare la causa, di porre le spese a carico di chi le ha anticipate e di compensare le ripetibili;
che giusta l' art. 32 cpv. 1 LTF il presidente della Corte dirige il procedimento quale giudice dell'istruzione fino alla pronuncia della sentenza e che in virtù dell' art. 32 cpv. 2 LTF il giudice dell'istruzione decide quale giudice unico lo stralcio dal ruolo delle cause ritirate;
che le spese giudiziarie, comprendenti una tassa di giustizia ridotta ( art. 65 cpv. 2 LTF ) e anticipate dalla ricorrente, seguono la soccombenza e sono poste a suo carico ( art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF ), mentre le ripetibili sono compensate, come convenuto dalle parti;
per questi motivi, la Presidente decreta:
1. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.
2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 500.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente. Le ripetibili per la procedura innanzi al Tribunale federale sono compensate.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
