Beschwerde gegen das Schiedsurteil des ICC Schiedsgerichts der Internationalen Handelskammer vom 29. Oktober 2012.
Die Präsidentin hat in Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Schreiben vom 3. Januar 2013 ihre Beschwerde vom 6. Dezember 2012 gegen das Schiedsurteil des ICC Schiedsgerichts der Internationalen Handelskammer vom 29. Oktober 2012 zurückgezogen hat;
dass die Beschwerdegegnerin und das Schiedsgericht mit Verfügung vom 10. Dezember 2012 eingeladen wurden, zum Gesuch um aufschiebende Wirkung und zur Beschwerde bis zum 16. Januar 2013 Stellung zu nehmen, und dass diese Verfügung aufzuheben ist;
dass das Verfahren als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abzuschreiben ist;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin kostenpflichtig ist ( Art. 66 BGG );
verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG :
1. Die Präsidialverfügung vom 10. Dezember 2012 wird aufgehoben.
2. Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
3. Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
4. Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem ICC Schiedsgericht der Internationalen Handelskammer schriftlich mitgeteilt.
