Considerando:

che il 6 novembre 2014 A.________ ha presentato al Tribunale federale un ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 10 ottobre 2014 dalla Seconda Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino;

che con scritto 26 novembre 2014 il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;

che la presidente della Corte decide quale giudice unico circa lo stralcio delle cause ritirate ( art. 32 cpv. 1 e 2 LTF ) e, in tale ambito, statuisce sulle spese giudiziarie ( art. 6 cpv. 2 PC in relazione con l' art. 71 cpv. 1 LTF );

per questi motivi, la Presidente decreta:

1. La causa è stralciata dai ruoli a seguito del ritiro del ricorso.

2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 300.-- sono poste a carico del ricorrente.

3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla Seconda Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
