Appeal Withdrawal in Lease Dispute
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertAppeal Withdrawal in Lease Dispute The Federal Supreme Court case concerned a dispute related to a lease agreement against a backdrop of a previous decision by the Cantonal High Court. The three appellants, after filing their appeal on December 4, 2023, formally withdrew it from the Federal Supreme Court on January 5, 2024. Consequently, the court ordered the cessation of the proceedings due to the withdrawal of the appeal (Art. 32 para. 2 BGG), imposing the CHF 300 court costs on the appellants jointly and severally (Art. 66 paras. 1, 2, and 5 BGG), and, because the respondent incurred no reimbursable expenses in the federal proceedings, denied any compensation (Art. 68 BGG).
