Insurance Premium Refund Appeal Dismissed for Procedural Defects
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case involves an individual who filed a complaint regarding a health insurance matter against a specific insurance company. Initially, a lower court partially accepted the individual's claim in January 2014, ordering the insurer to refund a portion of premiums. However, the individual later sought a review of this decision, which was denied by the court in September 2017 due to the absence of new factual evidence. Subsequently, the individual appealed to the Federal Tribunal, expressing dissatisfaction not only with the insurance company's actions but also with a separate incident involving the theft of a necklace and perceived judicial protection offered to alleged fraudsters. The appeal was found to be inadmissible for failing to meet required legal standards.

Oggetto
assicurazione complementare contro le malattie,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 7 settembre 2017 dal Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino (36.2017.67).
Considerando:
che con sentenza 20 gennaio 2014 il Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino ha solo parzialmente accolto la petizione inoltrata da A.________ nei confronti della B.________ SA e ha condannato quest'ultima a restituire all'attrice una parte dei premi;
che con decisione 7 settembre 2017 il giudice delegato del Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino ha respinto la domanda di revisione inoltrata da A.________ contro la predetta sentenza, non avendo l'istante portato "alcun elemento di novità fattuale o probatoria" a sostegno della sua domanda;
che il 16 ottobre 2017 A.________ si è rivolta al Tribunale federale lamentandosi di quanto deciso dal Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni e dell'operato della sua cassa malati, nonché della sottrazione di una sua collana da parte di due commercianti e dell'asserita protezione offerta dal Tribunale di appello ticinese ai truffatori;
che giusta l' art. 42 LTF un ricorso al Tribunale federale deve contenere, oltre alle conclusioni, i motivi (cpv. 1) e che in questi occorre spiegare in modo conciso, confrontandosi con i considerandi della sentenza impugnata, perché questa viola il diritto (cpv. 2; DTF 140 III 86 consid. 2; 134 II 244 consid. 2.1);
che in concreto lo scritto della ricorrente non soddisfa le predette esigenze, non contenendo alcuna conclusione e non illustrando i motivi per cui la sentenza impugnata sarebbe contraria al diritto;
che in queste circostanze il ricorso si rivela manifestamente inammissibile e va deciso dalla Presidente della Corte adita nella procedura semplificata ( art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a e b LTF );
che viste le particolarità del caso si rinuncia eccezionalmente al prelievo di spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 secondo periodo LTF);
per questi motivi, la Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e al Tribunale delle assicurazioni del Cantone Ticino.
