Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The case involves an appeal to the Swiss Federal Tribunal concerning a loan dispute, where a plaintiff (the appellant), represented by an attorney, had contested a decision issued by the Cantonal Court of Zug's First Civil Division on September 16, 2020. The appellant subsequently withdrew the appeal on November 9, 2020, effectively terminating the proceedings. Consequently, the court ordered the dismissal of the case due to the withdrawal and assigned the legal costs of 300 Swiss Francs to the appellant. The respondent, also represented by legal counsel, was not awarded any party costs as the federal proceedings did not generate any additional expense for them. The decision was officially communicated to the parties and the Cantonal Court of Zug.
