Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn this case before the Swiss Federal Tribunal, A.________ appealed against a decision issued on September 2, 2024, by the II Civil Chamber of the Court of Appeal of the Canton of Ticino, in a proceeding initiated by B.________ regarding an expulsion order. However, A.________ failed to provide a signed copy of the appeal as required, which led to the Tribunal, on October 3, 2024, instructing A.________ to correct this defect by October 14, 2024. A.________ did not comply within the given timeframe, resulting in the appeal being deemed manifestly inadmissible due to the lack of an autograph signature. As a result, the Tribunal decided the matter in a simplified procedure without imposing court costs.

Oggetto
espulsione,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 2 settembre 2024 dalla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del
Cantone Ticino (12.2024.95).
Considerando:
che con ricorso 30 settembre 2024 A.________ è insorto al Tribunale federale contro la sentenza emanata il 2 settembre 2024 dalla II Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino nella causa incoata da B.________;
che giusta l' art. 42 cpv. 1 LTF gli atti scritti devono contenere le conclusioni, i motivi e l'indicazione dei mezzi di prova ed essere firmati;
che in applicazione dell' art. 42 cpv. 5 LTF , constatata l'assenza di una firma apposta di proprio pugno sul ricorso, l'impugnativa è stata ritornata al ricorrente con decreto 3 ottobre 2024, con l'invito a sanare il vizio entro il 14 ottobre 2024 e l'avvertenza che in caso di inosservanza l'atto scritto non sarebbe stato preso in considerazione;
che entro il termine assegnato il ricorrente non ha trasmesso al Tribunale federale alcun esemplare dell'atto di ricorso con una firma autografa;
che per tale motivo il ricorso si rivela manifestamente inammissibile e va deciso dalla Presidente della Corte adita nella procedura semplificata giusta l' art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. a LTF ;
che si rinuncia eccezionalmente a riscuotere spese giudiziarie (art. 66 cpv. 1 seconda frase LTF);
per questi motivi, la Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Non si prelevano spese giudiziarie.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla II Camera civile del Tribunale d'appello del Cantone Ticino.
