Vu l'ordonnance du 14 novembre 2008 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse au recours jusqu'au 15 décembre 2008.
Vu la lettre du 24 novembre 2008 par laquelle les recourants déclarent retirer le recours.
Vu l' art. 32 al. 2 LTF .
ordonne:
1. Il est pris acte du retrait du recours et l'affaire est rayée du rôle.
2. L'ordonnance du 14 novembre 2008 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse au recours jusqu'au 15 décembre 2008 est annulée.
3. Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
4. La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève.
