Federal Tribunal Decision on Withdrawal of Appeal Against ICC Arbitral Procedural Order
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertIn a case concerning international arbitration, a civil appeal was lodged by one party against a procedural decision issued by an arbitral tribunal. The appeal was related to a specific order rendered by the tribunal in the course of an ongoing arbitration process. Subsequently, the appellant notified its intention to withdraw the appeal, which was accepted by the court. Consequently, the Swiss Federal Tribunal acknowledged the withdrawal, removed the case from its docket, and ordered the appellant to cover reduced court costs along with an indemnity payment to the opposing party.
