Tenant Eviction Appeal Inadmissible Due to Insufficient Motivation
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertThe case revolves around the eviction of a company from an apartment in Melide, initiated due to a termination for delay in payment by the tenant. The local court had ordered the eviction after acknowledging the legal basis for the landlord's request, and this decision was upheld by the Cantonal Court of Appeal. The company subsequently appealed to the Swiss Federal Tribunal, arguing against the earlier judgments. However, the appeal was deemed inadmissible as it failed to provide sufficient legal reasoning beyond a mere repetition of earlier claims. Consequently, the company was ordered to bear the judicial costs.

Oggetto
espulsione,
ricorso contro la sentenza emanata il 20 agosto 2013 dalla Presidente della II Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino.
Considerando:
che, dopo aver accertato l'esistenza di una disdetta straordinaria per mora della conduttrice ai sensi dell' art. 257d CO , il Pretore del distretto di Lugano ha, in accoglimento della domanda presentata da C.________, B.________ e D.________, ordinato l'espulsione della A.________ AG da un appartamento sito in uno stabile a Melide;
che con sentenza 20 agosto 2013 la Presidente della II Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino ha respinto l'appello inoltrato dalla A.________ AG e ha confermato la decisione pretorile;
che la A.________ AG è insorta al Tribunale federale con ricorso del 30 agosto 2013;
che non è stato ordinato uno scambio di scritti;
che giusta l' art. 42 cpv. 2 LTF nei motivi di un ricorso al Tribunale federale occorre spiegare in modo conciso perché l'atto impugnato viola il diritto;
che in virtù di tale norma il ricorrente deve confrontarsi almeno brevemente con i considerandi del giudizio impugnato, ragione per cui egli non può limitarsi a semplicemente riproporre parola per parola quanto già presentato nella procedura cantonale ( DTF 134 II 244 consid. 2.1 - 2.3);
che nella fattispecie la motivazione del ricorso al Tribunale federale si esaurisce in una trascrizione letterale dei tre motivi già fatti valere in sede di appello;
che in queste circostanze il ricorso in esame si appalesa inammissibile, perché manifestamente non motivato in modo sufficiente, e va deciso dalla Presidente della Corte adita nella procedura semplificata ( art. 108 cpv. 1 lett. b LTF );
che le spese giudiziarie seguono la soccombenza ( art. 66 cpv. 1 LTF );
per questi motivi, la Presidente pronuncia:
1. Il ricorso è inammissibile.
2. Le spese giudiziarie di fr. 500.-- sono poste a carico della ricorrente.
3. Comunicazione alle parti e alla Presidente della II Camera civile del Tribunale di appello del Cantone Ticino.
