Business Withdraws Appeal Against Zurich Commercial Court Judgment; Court Costs Reduced and No Party Compensation Awarded
Legislator-Zusammenfassung
KI-generiertA company filed an appeal with the Swiss Federal Tribunal against a decision from the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich concerning a franchise agreement and antitrust law issues. The appeal was later withdrawn by the appellant company, and it requested that court costs be waived. The opposing party agreed not to claim a party compensation. Consequently, the proceedings were closed due to the withdrawal, and the court imposed court costs on the appellant company, considering the minimal effort required for the case. No party compensation was awarded to the respondent company, as it waived such compensation.
